"I had the hardest time booking our hotel in Stockholm despite it being one of our first stops. The reason was because I had to make sure that the hotel take late check in. Hotel Hellsten does and it was actually a good decision. Breakfast was included and it was delish. They even prepared a to go breakfast box for us since we had to leave early. "Lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming service at the reception. We were able to check in 2 hours early and there was a coffee machine incl. oat milk which was great. The location is fantastic just a 4 mins walk from the metro station and 3 stops from the old town. The breakfast selection was good as well. The only downside was the somewhat dark room despite 2 windows and very small and dark bathroom, which was a surprise. "

"The property itself was a great place to stay, clean and comfortable, with pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfasts were exceptional. Did not use the restaurant in the evening. Access to the commuter ferry was excellent. Unfortunately local road works meant we were unable to walk to Sodermalm over the nearest bridge and it was difficult to find an alternative pedestrian route."

"Lovely boutique hotel, with characterful bedrooms, super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and recommended fine dining. Can’t think of a negative other than the WiFi was weak/flakey but 4G was still issuable so no big issue."

"This hotel is in an historic building. The rooms are comfortable. The stairs to climb to the rooms are narrow and winding but what i expected for a building of this age. The staff and breakfast are amazing. Higjly recommend "

"This is a beautiful hotel that is in a fabulous location of old town Stockholm. It is like stepping back in time. It was perfect for our 2 nights in Stockholm. It had a lovely breakfast buffet. And conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, waterfront and the palace. Highly recommend this hotel."
