Easy 20-minute walk from Central Station. English-speaking staff. Beautiful park and library just across street. Really good breakfast buffet, get there early before the crowd. Saturday night rockin DJ till 1am, bartenders & security guards great. "Quiet Lounge" in basement with two chaise lounges and large work table in lobby gave extra room to work. Will definitely stay again.

Poor housecleaning
The housekeeping was below minimum. We had ask for cleaning everyday. However everyday we had to ask the reception for clean towels and minimum of cleaning for the bathroom. This was after the deadline at 16:00. The toilet smelled of urin and the sewer smelled even worse. Finally on the last morning we ran out of shower soap and toilet paper. Not once did we get the floors cleaned or the beds made. The breakfast buffet was very nice and delicious.

Trevlig personal men hotellet har mer att önska
Väldigt trevlig personal! Tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Bra läge nära tunnelbana och restauranger. Helt ok pris. Dock 200 kr kostnad för 3 timmar tidigare incheckning är kanske lite överkant enligt mig. Frukosten var superbra! Stort utbud och fräscht! Fick rum långt upp (våning 7) men det var en väldigt konstig planritning. Otroligt trång hall. Dörr mot annat rum också. Hade en L-formad balkong runt hela rummet och det verkar vara en terass som går runt hela byggnaden. Kan inte vara roligt sommartid om den är öppen och folk kan se rakt in. Kändes som ett ”reservrum” man tar till när någon vill checka in tidigare. Säg in i andra rum på samma våning (när de städade) och de var otroligt mycket större och finare. I övrigt trevlig vy över Kungliga Biblioteket och Humlegården. Lite småsaker att anmärka på: Avloppslukt på toaletten, så fick spola ett tag Hål i påslakanen till täcket Svarta hårstrån i sängen Fläckar (blod?) på täcket Allmänt sliten inredning

Överlag trevligt hotell och personal.
Trevligt hotell med mycket bra placering precis vid Humlegården, vilket uppskattas när man har med hundar. Bra service och trevlig personal. Det par små ting som var det enda negativa: * Endast en hiss fungerade, vilket skapade köer. * Lite väl dålig belysning i rummet, nästan mörkt i hall. * För dyr parkering i garaget, 600 kr/dygn.

Centralt och trevligt bemötande
Trevligt mottagande och service i receptionen, extra plus till dem. Perfekt läge centralt. Helt ok standard, men inte mer. Lyhört och dörr som slog varje gång grannrummet stängde sin dörr. Bra frukostutbud, men minus för ocharmig och skramlig frukostmatsal.
