"I was fortunate to be able to stay here for 10 days. It was perfect in every way - especially the quality of everything, and it was the only hotel in China during my month-long visit that had full-throttle internet - being able to get to sites that I couldn't get to from other hotels. "Excellent stay at Eastern House - clean spacious rooms and good breakfast and afternoon tea. The only problem was finding the hotel when we got there - the taxi driver also didn’t have a clue. It also doesn’t show on any of the maps. Convenient location nonetheless and walkable to all the main attractions as it is within the old city walls. Good option if in doubt. "
