"We thought this hotel was a good value for money. The location and breakfasts were excellent and the room clean. Our family room was not over the bar and only one night was there significant noise. The service was friendly. There were some hot water issues when we were there, with the shower temperature varying greatly. "Very nice family run hotel. We had a dog with us which was no problem. Very clean but very shabby but the price reflects this. Sampled the food the first night and considering we were in Italy the menu did not Italian by any means. Ate elsewhere the 2nd night. We had: Antipasto - we were offered crips. "Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

"It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"super attentive service. small hotel (19 rooms) therefore very personalized service often attended by the owner himself: the feature of a large hotel with the friendlines and attention of a boutique one!!!! Highly recommended and we willgo back. Pictures on the hotel site are realistic of what you will get when there"
