"Watch out for your time of departure on your last day, we were hoping for a lie in after some hard skiing and a leisurely breakfast before heading off but the snowmobile transfer back to village is not allowed to run between 9am and 5pm. It is not practical to take bulky luggage, skis, etc on chairlift so we had to get up early enough to catch the snowmobile. This was a very minor inconvenience and certainly would not stop me returning"

The following day we skied the staff were great the bar and lounge perfect with great singer. I have decided to take my family back as is in a perfect position. "TERRIBLE HOTEL. We were overcharged to stay at a glorified youth hostel. This 100 occupancy hotel was taken over by a 70-80 group of badly behaved school children. The owner did not have any consideration for the other guests. I am writing this review to inform anyone who is considering staying at this hotel, as there was not any information (warnings) on any website when we booked our holiday."

"stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in...
