"The location of this property was ideal as we were there to watch our son compete at the Special Olympics Worlds! We were within walking distance to the ski hill, restaurants and many shops. Didn't even have to use our rental as it was safely parked in the underground parking through the hotel. The only thing better than the location was the staff!!! "It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...
