"I have stayed at the Oxford a few times, and the excellent service and accommodations are very consistent. Check-in is always very efficient, which I appreciate because traveling can be exhausting and it’s nice to finally get to our room after a day of traveling. The location couldn’t be better, as you are in the middle of the best of Downtown Bend. The public parking lot is adjacent to the hotel, which often (by luck) is free. "We arrived later than we expected on a cold rainy night. There was a friendly welcome from the staff, particularly from Daniel who checked us in and Dani and Myline in the restaurant. The room was cozy and clean and the furnishings and decor were fresh. There was a gas log fireplace in the room, an unexpected plus. We ate at the restaurant twice for breakfast and once at dinner, and though a bit pricey the food quality was excellent at every meal and quite delicious. It was too rainy while...

"Check in was great Larry the server was wonderful! I was disappointed that we could not use our balcony as it had a closed. We also went down to use the pool that is typically heated, and it was cold and hot tub was out of order. It would’ve been nice to know that we were not able to use some of the amenities that we purposely stayed there to use."

Warm Lodge Vibes in November

"We arrived later than we expected on a cold rainy night. There was a friendly welcome from the staff, particularly from Daniel who checked us in and Dani and Myline in the restaurant. The room was cozy and clean and the furnishings and decor were fresh. There was a gas log fireplace in the room, an unexpected plus. We ate at the restaurant twice for breakfast and once at dinner, and though a bit pricey the food quality was excellent at every meal and quite delicious. It was too rainy while we were there to explore the expansive grounds but through the window we enjoyed watching a large herd of elk which were grazing in the meadow."
