"This home is a 10/10 for a spring break getaway. Love the layout-great room and master suite upstairs, kid’s room & bathroom downstairs great for privacy. The kitchen is well-equipped and was a joy to cook in, the beds are comfortable, and living room cozy to watch movies and wind down at night. I’d stay here again when visiting Sunriver. "

"The house was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and games in the garage. It sits pretty far back away from everyone which is nice for the adults but also inconvenient when the kids want to go play non stop at the SHARC. Easily recommend this house to others. We stay every year in Sunriver and this is so far our favorite rental. "

"Beautiful large house, the pictures don't show how large and open the space was. Loved that there was a huge 10 person dining table as well as breakfast nook and bar seating at the huge island.Also really appreciated the very large couches, ample seating in both upper level and lower level living rooms. So many times houses have a large number of bedrooms but then barely any way to all hang out in the common spaces. Not the case here. Very large TVs in both living rooms too, could easily have one living room for adults and one for kids.There are two bedrooms on first floor (one king and one queen - slightly odd that the queen bed was in the huge master bedroom with walk-in closet and on suite bath, and the king bed was in the much smaller bedroom with a shared hall bath). Huge living room and open floorplan dining room, breakfast nook, and huge kitchen with large island are on that same floor.Downstairs are three king bedrooms, one with attached bath, the other two share hallway bath. One of the bedrooms that share hallway bath also has the bunk beds. Between the lower level bedrooms is another large living room with plenty couch seating.The only thing missing from the house is the outdoor fireplace that is seen in the online photos. Also, the hot tub is not under a cover - it was raining the weekend we were there and we didn't use the hot tub for this reason.The property manager Jenny was super nice and prompt with responses."
