"When I requested a late checkout they asked if I was a Marriott member. When they realized I was, they should have added my stay to my rewards as well As looked at what I was entitled to such as free nights or upgrades. It was fine but I didn’t realize it was a Marriott. The hotel was very nice though. "

"The people at the desk were very helpful when the heat didn't work in our room, we were given a new room very quickly. They remained helpful and good natured throughout the extremely busy weekend. The condition of the room - it could be updated but all hotels seem to all have been built at the same time - 30 years ago! Restaurant service was great too. "

"Wonderful gas fireplace! Nice Keurig, but was empty. Also, coffee brand was not very good. Nice table with several chairs. Comfortable bed. Spacious and comfortable."
