"Some of the furniture seemed to be a little old, and the room was clearly missing a chair. Otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the hotel was in good condition. I would certainly stay here again."

"Great experience! Walkable to Worcester Palladium and other areas. Great staff, very friendly. They had plenty of extra blankets for our stay in December and the bar was open late. "

"I booked the wrong day, and the amazing staff fixed it for me so that there at 12:30am, I didn’t have to find another hotel. Amazing staff! I was so grateful. But regarding the Hilton: They charge $2 for bottles of water in the rooms! Like an old-time minibar. The rooms had a desk, but no Bible, no writing paper, no parking space at check-in, and parking only across the street. Otherwise the stay was fine."
