"I stayed at Los Pasos for 3 nights with my family including two children and we loved our time here. The room very pretty, comfy, and well-equipped and the grounds were also beautiful. Included breakfasts at the restaurant and (paid) drinks on the roof terrace were fantastic. The location is very convenient."

"The property was nice. Room was large and everything worked well. What was disappointing was the friendliness of the reception staff. We booked two identical rooms, but the bed situation was different in both suites. Our family had to be split between two floors and only one key was given per suite without access to the other floors. "

"We love the hotel and all the amenities. It’s perfect for families and the service staff is top notch. We ended up extending our stay for another day and they were so easy to accommodate us to a different room since our current room was already booked for the next day. It was very closed to the Arco and to different restaurants and stores. We are looking forward to stay here again in the near future. "

"Spent a few nights here with my daughter (8). We had the best time. One of the most comfortable rooms and beds ive slept in. Food, pool, room, service all was really great. Beautiful views around the property as well. Highly recommend "
