"The pictures looked great. Good location and included parking. But upon arrival the parking was hard to find. The building is in less than good condition. Odors in the main hallway to the unit. The unit itself is in poor condition. They make a point to enforce their cleanliness and don’t stain anything policy but the unit was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills. Bathroom old and used. Kitchen cupboards and doors lopsided and stained. Clocks on appliances not set. Lighting not working in...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Kelli was available and attentive to our questions. Great space! Comfy LARGE bed! Cleanliness was evident everywhere. Very convenient location. Nice coffee shop just a few doors away. Felt safe and it was a nice walking neighborhood. ( Just be aware of uneven cobbled sidewalks.) Thank you for the very nice stay. "

"Our stay was great. It was very short, but it would also be great for a longer term visit. The loft is spacious, clean, comfortable and located in a really lively neighborhood. Our teens were about to go out and about on their own, and found it easy to occupy themselves. I cannot think of any drawbacks, and would return should the need arise. "

"Everything was in order, master shower a bit tight, little feet running around unit above made it hard to fall asleep before midnight, bed was hard to get in and out of. Location was great able to walk from Congress center. Thanks for the coffee, see you on the next visit"

"Host was super sweet, and the place was clean with a great view! The location is ideal if you’re in town for a convention at Americasmart. Only downside was the parking pass provided did not work. Apartment is attached to the Hilton hotel which has a lot of great amenities. Would stay again!"

"This property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location close to downtown. We wanted a place close to the colleges, and this was perfect. The only downside was the connected neighbors had loud all night parties both nights we were there. It really provided my daughter with a taste of the college lifestyle, but it made it very hard to get any sleep while we were staying here. "

"I came to Marietta to have dental surgery w/Nuvia. After 1.5 months of jumping through hoops for scans, medical clearances, etc. I was excited to drive the 4 hrs. The rental was charming and comfortable. there was natural light, hardwood floors, a smart TV, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi. Everything was included so that I could get my surgery, relax, and recover. Sadly, nuvia canceled my surgery with less than 24 hours notice for non-medical reasons. It was a nightmare. It was stressful. And the...
