"The pictures of the pool are a selling point. However we were unable to access the pool. We were told the 2nd night of our stay we’d be able to enjoy swimming. But we’re told at last minute we could not. Check earlier in the month review. Same thing happened. So in my opinion the photos should be taken down. Be also aware of the kitchenette. Small table with 5 chairs, the water cooler had an empty jug. So no water until later that evening. Very few table settings and glass wear. Most...

"The house is located within a short drive for food and entertainment. It is a basic place with a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. A couple of cons: Refrigerator is small. So if you are planning a longer stay you may need a cooler to keep some of the perishables in . Traffic Noise - Located on a main street and cars are rolling past 24hrs a day and can be heard through the single pain windows."

"Very clean and organized location and host. Easy to follow check in process. We really enjoyed it. Could not find the thermostat but mild weather aided in a comfortable climate. Will use again!!"

"We stayed here for a weekend while in town for a Bulldogs game. This is THE perfect halfway spot between Atlanta and Athens. The basement apartment was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean and has everything we needed. Would hands down recommend and would most definitely love to stay again next time we are in town "

"Warm and friendly when you first walk in. Beautiful decor and comfortable chairs and seating in every room. Open kitchen with an accommodating island for 6-10 people to gather and eat meals. Throws, comfy mattresses and linen, just like a home away from home. Would stay again. Owners are very responsive to your inquiries and helpful."

"Stayed over Christmas holiday to be near family. Apartment was a good size but really needs a deep cleaning. The floors, carpets, and couches (between cushions) were well below expectations. Location was great but bathroom floors had hairballs, base boards full of dust and hair and carpets were just as bad. Kitchen was ok (but needs spoons). Could be really good unit if cleaned appropriately."
