"Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it. Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌 Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔"

"Good location . Basically everything can be done and found in this hotel alone . Cafes , nail salon , hair salon , rooftop bar , karaoke , infinity pool . Don’t need to leave the hotel 😂"

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained—kudos to Mr. Sharul for outstanding housekeeping! Every detail was perfect. The hotel’s prime location was a huge plus—just a short distance from City Square and Komtar JBCC Mall, making shopping and dining super convenient.
