"Walking distance to checkpoint and near Komtar and City Square Mall. Reached hotel in the morning and left our luggage since room is not ready. Hotel lobby is very beautiful with many staff. There is a library and play area. Received a message around 1pm that the room is ready. However, we only reached back around 7pm and heard live singing at the restaurant. Was surprised to see our superior room to be upgraded. Look like to one bedroom suite. Room is spacious with separate living room and bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 tv, work area, balcony, complimentary minibar. Next morning breakfast has many varieties. Pleasant to see live singing while eating breakfast. Highly recommended. "

"Perfect for a night stay. Spacious with two queen sized beds. The only issue is consistent to the Google reviews; there is no shower kerb and the shower water will wet the supposedly dry area of the toilet :( "
