"Is a great stay in this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Lives the welcome cookies..delicious! But not so fancy about the breakfast. Fruits selection is limited. Food selection is wide but not 5 stars taste. Loves the food at Tosca. Will give a 7 stars rating. "

"1. Some furnishing like the marble TV table top is cracked & chipped, this reduced the overall feel of the unit and may cause accidental cuts to hands. 2. There are 2 TVs but only 1 cable, and the channels reception is very poor. 3. A large breakfast area was exposed to direct sunlight, shades should be installed to provide comfort to guests."

"Pillowcase had greasy scalp perspirant odour and probably hadn’t been changed since several guests ago. Very disconcerting to discover the source of the odour some time after laying in bed. Hotel staff insisted that the pillowcase was fresh (it patently was not), and i requested for 2 new pillowcases to double-layer over the pillow. Coffee tray was stained with fresh coffee s residue, which would have easily been rinsed off; not a big deal considering the price point of the room. But clean...
