"The room is just nice that fits one queen and a double. The sheets and pillows are clean, the toilet is dry, the tV is working fine. Too bad the small fridge is not as cold. It's mucj like a cool lighted cabinet. Down at the lobby is their resto KSL Infusion that served a very affordable buffet. The staff were all kind and polite. Overall it served my purpose for this stay."

"Pillowcase had greasy scalp perspirant odour and probably hadn’t been changed since several guests ago. Very disconcerting to discover the source of the odour some time after laying in bed. Hotel staff insisted that the pillowcase was fresh (it patently was not), and i requested for 2 new pillowcases to double-layer over the pillow. Coffee tray was stained with fresh coffee s residue, which would have easily been rinsed off; not a big deal considering the price point of the room. But clean...
