"This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

"The house is adorable. I don't remember if it was mentioned in the description how many steps there are to get up to the house. In the winter that made it a little tougher. I still love the house. It could use a really good cleaning, vents, and the bathroom fan. Also, it would be nice to put a mattress cover on the bed. I would definitely stay there again as I loved the house. It just needs a little tlc. fans and "

"The cabin is easy to get to and a great place to get away and relax. It is close to ski areas and Idaho Springs. There is lots to do and see close by. The master bathroom is a bit dated but it is adequate. Overall its a great place to stay."

"Beautiful home that was a great base for exploring the area and plenty of space to hunker down and rest, read, watch a movie in a beautiful setting.Nice kitchen, we made good use of stove and oven, and charcoal grill.It’s a short walk down to the river, and you can see it clearly out the windows and from the many decks. "I stayed at this property with a group of 7 adults for a ski trip. I have stayed at many rental properties before and this was by far the best one. "

"Wonderful for a solo traveler looking for a clean, comfortable guesthouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the Lakewood/Golden area.I will note that because it’s connected to the main house, there are some noises that can be a little surprising, and I was awoken at night by some strange water sounds, I couldn’t place it as either it in of the night. "

"From start to finish, easy and accurate. Property comfortably fit five adults and outside areas were a bonus to hang out. Super clean and excellent layout. Terrific location for travel to Denver and to enjoy Golden. Highly recommend!"

"The house was perfect for our family of six, and the location was amazing. We were very comfortable in the house even with below freezing temperatures at night. The neighborhood was quiet, with some gobbling from turkeys in the mornings. There are so many things to do in the area (wolf rescue facility, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, etc.), and this house was a perfect home base. I would definitely recommend this house and will be back."

"The house was Super Clean! Warm! Inviting! and Comfortable!!"

"The house was in a nice location. Very close to downtown. We went for the hockey game and was about a 15-20 minute drive to the ball arena. It was also nice to have a little patio to hang out on outside as well. The host was also easy to get ahold of for any questions. The only downfall to the stay is the cleaniness. We found cigarettes in the couch. Could use a good deep clean and would be the perfect spot!"

"This was such a cute perfect stay for my husband and I and our pup. Enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and the house in general! So cozy and loved the nice kitchen and the bedroom with the vaulted ceiling. A great price and we will be back! My only complaint was the need to update the living room couch. Other than that, perfect 10/10!"
