"This little condo was perfect for my son and I for a weekend visit. It was a little hard to find in the dark, but super accessible to anything and everything we could possibly need. Clean, easy check in, easy check out."

"So close to the ski lifts! Easy bus transportation into town. Great hot tub! Comfy bed but room needs HELP-no microwave but dishes, no dishwasher even though unit says to put dishes in dishwasher...biggest complaint is the fluorescent light in the bathroom didn’t work at all. It was so hard to get ready with no light. They had these cheap battery operated lights that came on but only when it was dark, so no help at all...water took forever to get hot in the shower and the unit was SO HOT!!!...

"Good budget option. It’s a lot of room for the money, with high ceilings and a sitting room besides the large bedroom. Keep in mind that it’s on the first floor, right beside the exit. Ski boots and slamming doors begin around 8am. You can hear loud rock and roll from the lobby until late, like 11 o’clock. This room, as well as the rooms surrounding it are short term rentals, which allow dogs. Every room had dogs and there was a bit of barking. The management company is difficult to contact and...

"We were needing to book a stay due to a stressful and 'tentative' situation (we didn't know how long we would need to stay). Working with the property manager, Janna, was amazing. She was always very prompt in her responses and was more than willing to work with us and our situation. She made our very stressful situation less so as we had the peace of mind we needed as far as having a welcoming place to come back to every night. The bedroom and living rooms were relaxing. "We've stayed at the Grand Lodge before - first time in this unit. We stay here for access to the heated pool as we have a grandchild just up the mountain. Unit was well located - good view and well appointed with a couple of nits mentioned below. Checkin / checkout was very good - got texts about availability of early and late arrival and departure. Here are the nits. No toaster - I bought an inexpensive one on arrival and left it for other guests. Seems kind of necessary if you want to do...

"It was great for our purposes, in the area for a wedding that had filled the local hotels. Quiet, spacious, drive right up to the entry. Not far from grocery, good access to the local amenities. We hiked around just on the roads and it was lovely. There were snacks and coffee which was much appreciated, and the dark shades made sleeping in perfect. Absolutely recommend. "

"This was a getaway weekend for my second week of retirement did the two days snowboarding half days snow was good and we went downtown one night to have dinner. Had a great time. The place we stayed was very nice and clean close to the ski slope and easy access to downtown."

"This condo is fantastic! The reserved parking spot is a huge bonus. Main living space was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Location is unbeatable! Host was great at communication. Will stay again. "

"Love the location and property! Great neighborhood (whole food type) grocery stores directly across the street. Very nicely furnished residence. Very comfortable beds! Very easy check in/out process and VERY attentive property management. Single issue: the fan remote controls don’t work or are too confusing, that’s it! Thanks!"

"The place was very clean and comfortable. Some nicely remodeled features. The shower head was too low flow but the bathroom was nice. The king bed was very comfortable. They are thoughtful owners. Just remember it is up many stairs on the top level. Liked the privacy but lugging heavy ski bags was tough. "

"The VRBO was immaculate, and had plenty of dishes to cook and serve meals. Location is the heart of Golden. No dedicated parking was a challenge; being atop Atomic Pizza was noisy at times. Beds are ok."
