"Can't charge food to the room. Must go down to pay for it then bring it to your own room. Restaurant and bar is a third party restaurant not affiliated with the Radisson. The hotel itself is quiet. Rarely saw any civilians. My daughter named it, "The Lonely Hotel" it seems very nice though. Don't know why the bar staff also agreed that it was rarely busy. The woman in the lounge said there very little traffic in the hotel, and noted one time there was only 20 people staying in the hotel one night. One side is an older hotel possibly needs renovations. I only know bc I thought my room was on that side. I went back to the lobby and went up the proper elevator, which was the "new" side. So I would ask for the newer hotel side as a suggestion. Hopefully, they generate more business bc it is a nice hotel. I would rent again. "

"Room heating and cooling did not work. Room was too hot. Had to open window to noise and -20 degrees. Could not conrol temperature."

"I can’t believe how old my room was. Really run down the rug and the bathroom was so so old and run down. The quality of the towels face cloth everything is just dollar store quality. And they smell terrible. I stayed here one time before and I don’t remember the room looking so rundown and old. Very expensive for what you get."

"This hotel was amazing, especially if you’re an NHL hockey fan. The restaurant Braven was incredible. The staff was so attentive, and the food was out of this world. From the time we checked in at the front desk to the moment, we left in our taxi to the airport we felt at home. "
