"Beautiful new A-frame house full of amenities. Great for a large family or 3-4 single adults. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of games and activities. We enjoyed the starry dark sky from the hot tub that was ready to go after simply removing the cover! As the property manager said, "Just bring food, everything else is provided". "We arrived around 7pm was given a gate code. The lock was very difficult to open and it was dark. We were given a code for the door to only find out couldn’t open because bottom door lock was locked. There is no cell service so had no way to call anyone so had to drive back to town and it took several attempts before getting anyone. They had to send a maintenance guy out like 40 minutes later to let us in. Bed is very firm as well as pillows are firm as well. They are countless cameras pointing...

"The Rustic Rook Resort is a fabulous new addition to the Yurt/Bin wave of alternative to hotel stays. It is just a few miles from the Great Sand Dunes National Park that is simply awe inspiring and has fabulous sledding on the Dunes for the entire family.
