"We had a wonderful stay in La Zinobita. Giuseppe and Cinzia were welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. The house was clean, comfortable and well kept with Giuseppe cleaning the pool early every morning. There were several terraces to enjoy the sun or shade. The pool was lovely with super views. The property is very well situated within easy reach of the centre and no problems parking outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year."

Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. "we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!"

"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

Fantastic Florence Find

"We picked this hotel because it was not in the heart of Florence and it offered free parking. We arrived in a rental car. The hotel is modern but lovely and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. We even had dinner there one evening and the food is wonderful. The best part is that the trolley/train stop is right in front of the hotel and is a 12 minute ride to the center of Florence. "
