"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall. "

"We picked this hotel because it was not in the heart of Florence and it offered free parking. We arrived in a rental car. The hotel is modern but lovely and very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. We even had dinner there one evening and the food is wonderful. The best part is that the trolley/train stop is right in front of the hotel and is a 12 minute ride to the center of Florence. "

"One great restaurant for dinner, no lunch options. Maybe a small snack bar would be great for us without a vehicle. At pre-season mid April. Sadly No gym until later in the season with the pool. Otherwise beautiful and worth the stay!"
