"This house was beautiful!!! We had access to the whole house which included two kitchens , six bedrooms and several bathrooms. Our communication with the owner Ed and his property manager Iris was super easy. They assisted us with our airline shuttle from BZE via Maya Air as well as our golf cart rental and taxi to and from the Ambergris Caye Airport to the house.The location of this house is south of San Pedro, approximately 4 miles or 19 minutes with the golf cart. "We stayed here to enjoy fly fishing & snorkeling and despite the windy conditions making it tough to cast, we were not disappointed. Our son caught the trifecta of saltwater fish (bone fish, permit & tarpon). You can wade & fish the ocean side or even cast from multiple docks along the seawall despite. "We had a large group and enjoyed two weeks at this location - enjoyed having a private pool, lots of glasses for our drinks, and plenty of towels. We started every morning on the deck over looking the pool and with a view of the ocean. "The Box House was everything we hoped for: gorgeous views, comfortable, and clean. Communication was great both before and during our trip. They helped us book our golf cart and our snorkeling trip. We very much enjoyed our stay there. "

"First time to Belize. It was my and my fathers birthday. Even though we had never made the trip to Ambergris Caye, the property managers did an amazing job making it incredibly smooth. Their response time to emails was so quick and very much appreciated. Overall the property was beautiful and had everyone we needed! "This home was genuinely the perfect location for our interests on the island. Centrally located near our favorite spots. The house itself was more than enough for our group of seven and truly lovely. The team that worked on property was prompt and kind with all communication, and the pool was great. 10/10 would stay here again. "

Also close to a bar you will hear thumping bass long into night on weekends.Dock is a short walk 5 min at most but if it rains a lot of water in pot holes to navigate. In conclusion a great budget friendly choice if money not an issue rent on waterside. "

"The pool is amazing! The Room was Perfect as we got the Casita 2 . It was located across from the cornhole boards and ping pong table, but very close to both pools, the bar and restaurant. It was not an ocean view but it was still magical. The floor is all white sandy beaches, and you will see many iguanas. I maybe noticed one mosquito the entire time. The ac worked well and amenities were very plentiful. The Staff was amazing and it is our first time traveling to Belize as well as staying in a non all inclusive. Overall, I would go back in a heartbeat!!! Every meal we had was excellent We enjoyed happy hour from 4-6, taco Tuesday and the Sunday BBQ!! I think the resort was full but it did not seem that busy. "

Harbour View Boutique Hotel & Wellness Retreat

"We stayed for a night in Belize City to catch our flight home the next day. We had a lovely stay and dined at their Sarah’s Cafe enjoying the best Belizean dishes after having spent the last 10 days in Placencia and San Ignacio. Their pool was refreshing and quiet. The ferry service is across the street and conveniently located to catch a ride to San Pedro. The Cork Street Whiskey Bar has excellent cocktails, beer and small sharable plates. Will stay again. "

"The staff was amazing, food was good and the units are modern and spacious. The transportation to and from the village was nice as well. Many options if you do not want to stay on the North Caye Caulker. The sargassum was always raked and taken away but it did make it smell and there was so much. Also, the litter on the beach from job site next door was disappointing. "
