"Great property, great location, not too much traffic and walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach and market...need we say more? We rented both sides with 4 adults and 3 kids. We were very comfortable and both the owner and manager were very accommodating."

"Staff was very pleasant, but communication was difficult at best. I would recommend future guests to make sure you have WhatsApp or you could feel very isolated. The room was very clean, but not what we expected. Pictures did not seem to be a realistic representation of the property. "

"For the price, this was a great place to stay especially long term. Very close to the local airport which is convenient but does mean that the village is a bit of a walk. Fortunately, a bicycle is included so travel around the island easy. Another bonus is that the place is very quiet. As for the unit itself, in general it was as advertised. "We were not told you have to take a boat to the condo. It shows the location in town. So when we got to town and rented our golf cart those people told us we had to catch a boat not the manager Daryl. Daryl was calling and calling me but my cell service was not working upon arrival trying tj tell me that check in was at 3 and I needed to be there then. VRBO page says 4pm and don’t know he expected me to be there right then. I later found out why he wanted me at a certain time. He’s lazy and lays...

"Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic....

"The property itself is spacious, clean, and the staff are outstanding. One of my favorite places I've stayed in a while, and a great deal for the money. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, and except for a breakfast cafe, there's not much within a short walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel is happy to arrange cabs for you."

"This was really unexpectedly excellent. One night stay over before going to Placencia. The suite we stayed in was palatial and we opted for in room dining. Four course meal served by white gloved server. (Valentines menu) Food was excellent and served on the very large dining room table. The interior can only be described as Alice in wonderland chique. Highly recommended."

"The grounds of the resort are amazing. The gardens and beach area were beautiful. The dive shop offered great options including fishing. The one thing that I would change, would be to add cocktails to your menu options. It seemed strange not to be able to order an acholic based cocktail at a beach resort. "
