"Nice place for sure. Way more space than my wife and I needed but oh well. The beds were nice with good sheets. We did our own cooking so it was nice to have quality cookware including nonstick pans for eggs. A view of the ocean side vs the lagoon side would have been nicer but we got the sunsets from this side so that was cool. Somebody even dropped off fresh pico and punch in our fridge the first day while we were out :). We were scuba diving most days we were there so it was nice to be picked...

"This location is perfect! Just north of the bridge, and only about a 15 min golf cart ride into town. I recommend a golf cart from this location. We basically had the beach to ourselves for a week. Room is very clean! Hosts are exceptional! "

"Wow where do I start? From the minute I booked the host was more than amazing. She shared many tips for us to make the most perfect vacation time in San Pedro which included grocery stores to shop, favorite restaurants, and wonderful excursions. This was extremely helpful and made everything smooth and relaxing. She checked in on us throughout to ensure all was going well and shared events happening on the property which we did and was extremely fun and delicious. The condo was as described....

"Brittany and Mike made this trip seamless and enjoyable. They initiated communication early, helped us plan and book everything we needed, and even assisted with last-minute arrangements during the busy Christmas holiday. The location was ideal—close to town but just far enough out to enjoy some peace. The condo was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views, with a fantastic local beach bar (Coco Locos) only a few minutes away. Everything about the experience was exceptional!"

"The condo and grounds were great. The condo was large and had everything we needed. Large patio and beautiful view of the ocean. Lori and Sam were very helpful. Pool was a great place to hang out. Great location, out of the busyness of San Pedro, yet plenty of restaurants near by. The only thing that would have made the stay better for us is if the beds were softer. They are very firm due to no box spring and plywood underneath the mattress. "

The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. "Clean, roomy very friendly and helpful. I did not like that there is nobody out for 10 PM to talk to you at the front desk except security. I had a little bit of an issue with little fruit fly type bugs all over the counter because the carburetter was not properly cleaned. Once I cleaned that it was perfectly fine. I will let the desk know, but they did call me at 6:30 in the morning to respond to my calls, which I was not pleased about. I’ll let them know and they were helpful and apologetic....
