"The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Everything was clean and ready for us. The condo was in good condition The communication with the owner was great. The property manager was kind. The ac worked well and wasn't loud. It cooled down the condo quickly every time we came back. The beds and pillows were comfy and it was a nice home base to have between our activities during our short stay on the Island. The area was quiet at night and we were able to sleep just fine."

"I stayed here with my 2 teens. The location was perfect. We were in San Pedro for 4 nights and never needed a golf cart as everything was a quick easy walk. The bakery right out back was a favourite! The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! My one “issue” was that we never had hot water, the closest we got was cool water. That said, I never complained or brought it up as it was SO HOT we were grateful for the refreshing shower! The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with everything...

"We were supposed to be in San Pedro for five days after a five day stay in Placencia scouting real estate. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Beryl's path we had to vacate and catch a plane off from Ambergris Caye after only two days. The unit was just as described, contained appropriate kitchen appliances and utensil, was clean and everything worked. "We enjoyed our stay at this property in Mara Luna. The unit was huge, clean, well air-conditioned. Downsides are minimal: This unit faces the main road and there is constant traffic noise. The unit is sparsely furnished: no extra toilet paper, the kitchen lacks a lot of items. But other than that, this condo was a great base to explore the area from. On-site security is a nice touch and the security guys are a riot to chat with. We may have left them our left-over beer ;-)"

"This condo is beautiful and so clean! I would even say spotless. The views are gorgeous and the location is convenient to restaurants and activities. Mariah was very helpful with recommendations and checking to make sure our stay was comfortable. We were so comfortable, we opted to stay in one night. Don’t miss out on Secret Beach and take a boat to Caulker Caye. Great restaurants on the property, delicious drinks and a very convenient grocery store on property. Highly recommend!!"
