"Very convenient and easy to find location. We had a flight out the next morning and this property was very close to where you catch the train. There were plenty of restaurants, shops & restaurants in the area as well. Beautiful view across the river was a short walk away as well!"

"The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. "The VRBO is conveniently located within walking distance to all the Florence downtown scenic historical attractions. It should be noted a city tax per person, per day will be required to be paid to the hostess during stay. Also just prior to the stay we found out the washer wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed until we left. Overall though a very comfortable VRBO and would recommend to stay while in Florence. "

"We had an amazing family holiday on the outskirts of Florence. We used buses and trains throughout our stay to explore Florence - recommend a visit to the Uffizi. We also had a day trip to pisa. There are so many piazza’s, churches, bars, restaurants, statues and stunning architecture in Florence. We also had a day trip to Pisa. The leaning tower was the highlight of that trip. The property was clean and well equipped. Bus connections were easy. Stefano was helpful. A wonderful holiday ! 😀"

"It's a great home base to start exploring the region. Two wineries are very close by, and Florence is an easy drive away. The traditional way the house is built keeps it nice and cold during the day. We loved it!"

"The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

"Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cottage, which has been lovingly built and maintained by Carlo. It is close enough to Florence for easy day trips - a car is recommended for convenient access to the property, but there is ample free parking in a nearby town to head downtown by bus. Accommodations were very comfortable, we made good use of the fridge and convection cooktop, and the views are unmatched. Carlo was kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. "We have been travelling the world for over 2 years now & my husband & adult son agreed this was the BEST ‘home away from home’ stay we've found so far!! Its simply gorgeous, was immaculately clean, designed with thought & intention and Ginevra even left treats for us!! Adored the pink couches, green bathroom and beautiful books!! The apartment is located in a lovely leafy suburb just out of town & has loads of cute cafes nearby!! I would highly recommend staying here!!"

The only thing that might cause an issue for some ( not for us) , is that the third bedroom is a mezzanine floor within the second bedroom with a very steep staircase. "Everything was exactly as advertised at this beautiful Impruneta Tuscan farmhouse - perfect spot for two couples to explore Tuscany. Mattia had some excellent recommendations for areas to explore. We had beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. While we had some rainy days, that also meant we had incredible, vibrant, double rainbows appear. Accomodations: The farmhouse is just charming. There is one Jack and Jill bathroom and it has great use of small space with beautiful tile. WiFi worked fine...

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
