"The hotel managers were great at communicating our arrival time and showing us how to access the property after hours so we could go caddy-corner across the street and grab dinner after a long flight. The room was small but absolutely gorgeous and I loved the balcony. We received a breakfast voucher for the same cafe we went to for dinner and everything there was wonderful- save some room for dessert because they have so many beautiful and delicious desserts. "Wonderful location, great experience. After booking, I received an email, with details of the property. Contacted via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I called the number from WhatsApp, and the door buzzed open remotely. Made my way to the lift, went to the third floor, turned right, the hallway door was unlocked, found my room#3, with the key in the door. Once inside, a note awaited me on the desk, along with a bathroom key, a breakfast voucher at a nearby cafe, and a tourist map. A follow up...

"Nicola was fantastic and was extremely helpful and responsive. Gave us info on places to go and places to avoid and made our stay a great one by always being available for assistance. The place is very nice, however, if you plan on cooking like me it could use pans, chopping board and there’s not a lot of counter space. Otherwise I highly recommend. Close to everything. "

"Excellent location close to all the attractions. We stayes for 3 nights. Marco was very good to let us check in early as we arrived at 0900 and we were able to store our luggage for the end of our stay. He was also very flexible to all our needs. Thank you Marco! The area was noisy but if the window and wooden shutters are closed it reduces the noise significantly. Room had a terrace and was very spacious. Highly recommend the host and Inn. "
