"Asmundo di Gisira Is a very unique hotel. It is perfectly situated for walking around town or accessing tour pickups. We felt like we were residents of a Sicilian castle filled with family heirlooms. The artwork throughout the hotel was both modern and classical. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon!"

"The hotel managers were great at communicating our arrival time and showing us how to access the property after hours so we could go caddy-corner across the street and grab dinner after a long flight. The room was small but absolutely gorgeous and I loved the balcony. We received a breakfast voucher for the same cafe we went to for dinner and everything there was wonderful- save some room for dessert because they have so many beautiful and delicious desserts. There is a giant and beautiful city...

Nice breakfast room with seating on sunny terrace as well . Good food. Very quiet location on a piazza. Short 6 min walk to Duomo square with many restaurants. Given map with main sites explained by the owner with some restaurants recommended which were really good and reasonable. All historic area in Catania walking...
