We didn't have breakfast but it looked like a decent continental offering. You check in via a machine at the front door at which point you pay and receive a code to access the hotel and your room; we therefore had no cause to deal with any hotel staff - no issue with any of that, the system worked well. "Maison bien agencée (bravo aux propriétaires pour tous les travaux de rénovation), bien conçue et très agréable à vivre. Située dans la campagne, au calme, mais tout de même proche des commodités et du centre ville de Castres (en voiture). Pas mal d'activités ou visites à faire dans la région si la piscine ne vous suffit pas :). "Well located by the river. Comfortable. Good secure parking. Friendly welcome. "

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."
