"In terms of an overnight stay, this hotel was the equivalent of other Ibis hotels we have stayed at - good value for money but the service we received was far from satisfactory and well below what we would have expected from Ibis. During the evening we were phoned from Reception and asked if we would return the bottle-opener we had borrowed. Naturally I assumed this was a genuine mistake and simply said we hadn't borrowed one. "No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"You get what you pay for. Very clean and friendly reception staff. On a commercial site so plenty of shopping and food outlets. Easy to get into Castres city and cheap enough to park."
