Great location for a visit
Friendly helpful staff, great architecture (bothe the building & in the town). Ours was just a stopover, hotel restaurant was a good meal. We did get a river room view, but the window location was a bit strange.

Excellent Hotel in a great location with a view of the bridges and into town. An easy walk in and we’ll worth it. Plenty of parking. Staff excellent, so friendly and great English.

Our room, though very small, had beautiful views of bridges and the city across the river. The sound of the water rushing over the weir was very soothing. The restaurant was much better than we had expected, especially for dinner. It was pleasant to be able to stay in after a long day of sightseeing and not have to venture forth again. The breakfast buffet was good, though not remarkable. The staff was uniformly helpful and hospitable.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel sympa
Un hôtel calme très bien situé, il n'y a qu'a traverser le pont tout proche et nous voila dans la cité. Une chambre (avec vue sur le Tarn et la cathédrale) très propre avec minibar et coffre, un personnel très serviable et un bon petit déjeuner. Bref un excellent séjour au Mercure d'Albi.

Hotel bien situé
Gotel idéalement situé au centre de la ville et au bord du Tarn. Service impeccable et excellent petit-déjeuner. Par contre ma chambre située côté rivière était un peu bruyante. Manque d'isolation sonore ce qui fait qu'on entend les bruits dans le couloir et le voisin qui se douche.
