"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"This was a fabulous stay. Fillipo gave great insights to incredible restaurants and local sites. He went with us to buy bus tickets and walked us to the proper bus stop! Lodging was large and very comfortable. Gorgeous building. Cannot recommend highly enough. We loved the home away from home experience and absolutely loved beautiful Tivoli You will not find a better host. Grazie mille."
