"The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. "This Pinzale was perfect for us! We were a group of 17 - nine kids age 4 – 13 and eight adults age 42 – 73. We gathered in Tuscany for a family reunion / 50th wedding anniversary. The building has 3 separate apartments with plenty of kitchen space, bedrooms & bathrooms on each level – all spotlessly clean. "Beautiful, tastefully furnished rooms. Lots of modern artwork and design furniture across the hotel. Very nice staff. Located on a hill, quite remote, surrounded by nature. Convenient EV charging on site. Pool, historic villa, free rental bikes, walks. The hotel’s restaurant/osteria offers nice dishes with locally grown vegetables, homemade breakfast, yet the service needs improvement. Pool a bit small and food served outside of dinner/lunch hours could be improved. Overall a very nice stay."

"As a family of three with a three-year-old, we had the most wonderful stay. Located at the top of the hill, this agriturismo was bliss. We were the only visitors the week we stayed and had the luxury of the pool to ourselves, which was amazing. A short uphill walk to the pool, but 100% with it! The owners were lovely and very quick to resolve an issue we encountered. "
