"Lovely outlook and very nice house. Description a bit misleading - there are not 2 bathrooms, there is 1 bathroom and a cloakroom. There is no restaurant/ bar in the village, it closed 2 years ago. The bikes were locked away. I had to ask for access details and they were sent late. No signal on the TV for most of our stay. All small things on their own, but not when added up. "The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The host is very helpful and friendly. Some problems with the equipment were resolved very quickly. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. "My family just got home from a perfect stay at the Villa Campi di Sotto! I just can't say enough for the the whole experience... First, the Villa itself is in a lovely setting, surrounded by the rolling green hills of Umbria.
