"We couldn't have hoped for a better retreat. You need a car to get to this gem 10 mins outside of Orvieto but if you're looking for peace and quiet and a beautiful property with an amazing pool, this is the place. We had great service, food (breakfast and dinner) and accommodation."

Clear instructions in English for how/where to catch the shuttle bus to get to the accommodation and whether payment is required would be EXTREMELY helpful after a long day of travel to get to Orvieto. We were slightly panicked, but then by the grace of God a shuttle bus pulled in across the street and we quickly ran over with our luggage so as not to miss it. The driver told us he was going to the Duomo, and we had to walk with our luggage from there. We didn’t understand whether there was a charge at all for the shuttle bus, but the driver told us we didn’t have to pay."
