"This place exceeded our expectations! The location is superb—right in the heart of the historical district, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for families. Plus, the on-site restaurant was excellent. "Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "

A peaceful & authentic stay

"We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. We were able to cook with all the pots & pans we needed & the water was hot for showers. Keep in mind you definitely need a car & this is a well loved & well lived in flat so you get what you pay for which we were grateful for. Our highlight was walking up the road & watching the sun rise! The pool looked like it would be enjoyable if you stayed during the hot season, we missed out on that but stayed cozy with the wall heaters instead. If you are looking for a space to make a home base during your exploration of Umbria & also love the peace & beauty of being nestled in olive groves, this is it! Thanks Maria Rosa! "
