The property was in an incredible area; loads of places to eat between cafes and restaurants, shopping of all kinds surrounding, easy short walks to any of the local sightseeing. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the communication before checkin was extremely helpful and they offered us early check in for no fee when we got there early and tired from our long train ride there. Our room was spacious, well supplied, very clean and exceptionally comfortable. It was a great space especially for the price we paid. The bed was the comfiest of our trip. The shower was incredible, the supplied kitchenette was a wonderful surprise and the breakfast was quite a good spread for a very decent price. I’m sad to leave Verona so soon but I am eager to come back and when I do, I will be staying here again. "

"We had a fairly small room but good, comfortable bed. The added bonus for us was the valet parking that worked amazing. Even though the hotel is in the city center, we could park, unload the car and then we left the key in the reception and it was parked. On the departing day we ordered the car for noon and no problem. Superb service! We will come back for sure!"
