"Avoid at all costs! What made this the most traumatizing accommodation stay for me was the following. We have booked an extra day and cleaning was to take place before my other colleague takes over the room. Before leaving for the airport, I wanted to pop by the apartment to pick up my belongings only to find that it's all gone from the room. Calling the contact person, they said the cleaning person didn't know we had one more night and removed my belongings. A "manager" who doesn't speak any...

"Communication was fantastic. Loved the location. Safe and close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Property manager met us with the keys and gave great tips on how to enjoy lake Como. Even sent a map with favorite restaurants and things to do. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "

"Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"

"The apartment is located at the perfect spot of Stresa, close to bus stop, ferry terminal, shopping and restaurants. Very spacious rooms with two bedrooms and two baths. However, there is very limited pots and pans in the kitchen. Unfortunately, there was construction underway on the upper floor during the period of our staying so lots noise when the demolition work started. Overall we enjoyed our time in Stresa."

"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"The main reason for the good review is the location of this stay. It is perfect and walkable for Como and getting around. The apartment space was nice and very esthetic looking. They also had a nice welcome packet they email you before the stay which was helpful for restaurant recommendations.
