"Communication was fantastic. Loved the location. Safe and close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Property manager met us with the keys and gave great tips on how to enjoy lake Como. Even sent a map with favorite restaurants and things to do. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "

"Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"

"This apartment is in a very good location and the apartment is as described on the web. It's a great place to stay for a family or three couples as each couple would have their own bedroom and bath. The apartment is comfortable and does have everything you need for a few days with the exception of coffee. It has a Nespresso machine but the only place in town is about a ten minute walk. I believe two improvements could be easily made which would make it easier for renters. 1) The internet...

"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"The main reason for the good review is the location of this stay. It is perfect and walkable for Como and getting around. The apartment space was nice and very esthetic looking. They also had a nice welcome packet they email you before the stay which was helpful for restaurant recommendations. Reasons we didn’t give all 5 stars: -From the USA and we didn’t know if we would have service to receive the check in code. "This is our first time to Italy and Lake Como. We were able to enjoy this house as our home base. We could easily get in and out for all of our day trips. The place was cozy. All the rooms has air conditioners which was welcoming as we could sleep in comfort. It provided to be a great experience. "
