Although there was a delay in our check-in due to some service being done in our room, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of while we waited. They were kind, accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping us have a good stay. What stood out the most was their great sense of humour and how approachable they were—it really made us feel at ease and welcomed from the moment we arrived. "Adesso hotel was in an excellent location train station was across the street very easy to use. Although we felt safe there you still need to be aware of your surroundings. Restaurant in the hotel had great hours for dinner we ate there every night since there were no restaurants close by within walking distance. "
