It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! "Great property in center of the city, if you have a hard time walking this city is not for you, have to park outside the city and haul bags to and from the hotel, other than that the staff was great and the city is going back in time. Also call ahead to give time of arrival."

"This is a beautiful, but old building, with spacious rooms, a and high ceilings. But it is dark. Only one window that does not let in much light. So used our lights a lot. The property is in Trastevere, which is popular and busy, but our room was really quiet. The front desk/proprietor was extremely helpful in making a restaurant reservation and booking a car to the airport."
