"We are not familiar with this side of the island. The host was great and very responsive. Recommended places to go that were within walking distance. Old San Juan was a quick uber ride. Definitely a place to stay and check out. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Thank you Lukas for sharing your beautiful home. "

"This place has everything that you need and I rather stay here than a hotel. It’s well equipped with cookware, board games, tv with cable, beach towels, cooler to take to the beach. The bed was super comfortable and the balcony was so nice. Communication with the host was good, self check in was a easy. The building offer a parking spot, pool and beach access. The area is very safe and have many options to shop groceries and dine in. I will be coming back. Thanks Rita! "

"Great location just between two beaches. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. They serve good basic breakfast with sandwiches, fruits and coffee. Bed was comfortable. Property could use some slight remodel, but given it is in the hurricane path, it is not most likely on the "to do" list. But I was happy with the stay."

"Our Go-To hotel when we go to San Juan. They have a casino, restaurant and a pool. I’m not really into the resort fee they charge as we don’t really care about gym and drinks that that fee include but it’s great that chairs and umbrellas are included in that price. Although, last time we stayed there, they didn’t have any available. Not sure if restaurant is owned by hotel, this last visit in February 2025 - it seemed like service is declining. "I arrived and checkin was smooth, I had an issue with my room and being that it was my first visit to country I was sad.
