"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location overlooking Hope park. The room was immaculate, the bed was great, bathroom spotless and the views have to be some of the best in Keswick. ALL the staff were very helpful and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was also fantastic with everything local and fresh. All in all a fantastic place to stay, thank you."

The car park is small, but a decent one is just round the corner (£9 for a day, so spent £18 on top of the cost of the hotel) The breakfasts were great, with a good selection of cooked food. "Excellent room. I stayed one night on my way down South. My room was up in the attic with an on-suite. It was nicely heated, clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had good water pressure and was very clean. Breakfast was great. 👍 The location was very convenient, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. "Unique, beautiful property. I was really well looked after, cakes and biscuits in the afternoon. The breakfast was amazing-couldn’t fault a thing. My room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend a stay here and would love to return one day. "
