"This is a great property perched high on the hill above the town with super sea and beach views up the coast. There are 40 steps up from the road. Easy parking. The house is very well equipped (except for a pizza cutting wheel😉) Lots of outside seating and sun loungers. Great terraces on two levels and lots of different garden areas. Arenys is a busy little town with lots of cafes, bars and shops. Worth exploring. Choice of beaches."

No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. "We had a fantastic stay in Villa Encina. Situated on the edge of a town with all amenities close by, it is a spacious, modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is lovely and has spectacular views. We loved the outdoor kitchen for bbq-ing and hanging out together, and it also provided much needed shade. "Beautiful stone home, built in 1780, lots of need for improvement. We were four adults, arrival was scheduled for 4:30 on Sunday. The host postponed our check-in until 7 pm. No rationale and no apology provided. This was problematic as we were not able to get dinner or groceries – restaurants opened in town at 7 pm.
