"Really close to amenities and beach. Apartment was small, sold as 2 bedroom, but really only 1 full bedroom. Bathroom was adequate, but could do with a bit of a deep clean. For price paid, my expectations were very high. Washing machine and dishwasher were a huge bonus. "

"Space was nice and conveniently located to sites and transportation. Unit could have included a few more basics, such as tea towels to dry dishes, un stained table cloth, and perhaps a roll of paper towels for shorter stay customers. The lock boxes for the keys were not convenient, as the numbers would continue to roll after each was set, the keys didn’t easily fit into boxes. These boxes should be updated. Overall, it was nice. "Nicely sized apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Excellent location with walking distance to all main attractions including Sagrada Familia. However the biggest let down is was the bathrooms which were appalling unfortunately. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with a bidet and bath tub and another one with a shower square, toilet and sink. "We had a great stay here. This was in an excellent location in the gothic quarter with many restaurants and sites nearby. It was a bit noisy at night, so I would recommend earplugs and the kitchen could have been a bit better stocked, but otherwise we had a great stay"

"Very nice apartment with original woodwork and floors. Very comfortable queen sized bed. The washer and dryer and full kitchen worked well. Markets and restaurants and pharmacies along the street. Make sure to visit the rooftop as you can see the Sagrada Familia from there, just a walk away. Metro stop Verdaguer just up the street and Metro will take you around the city. We would love to come back."

"To check in you have to go to the management office which is 15 min away by taxi!! They wouldn't allow more than 5 people that has space for 6. Location was great."

"We had a great time in Barcelona, this property is wonderful, plenty of room, excellent location. The small shower room is extremely small and water pressure not great , other bathrooms are good. Beds ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst! We would certainly return. Contact with host and property management was excellent, very helpful. Thank you "

"We were met by the property manager and shown into a hundred year old building that was beautiful on the inside and out. Our apartment was spacious and had a wonderful balcony that looked onto an amazing cathedral across the street. Tall coffered ceilings, unique Spanish tiles and mahogany doors were some of the best parts of this apartment. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the city and the metro is very close for easy travel thru the city. We loved it! "

"We are a family of 4 and we stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas. The location, we felt, couldn’t be better. We could walk everywhere and we enjoyed being near where locals live. There is a wonderful grocery market just a few minute walk away that we really loved along with a really great gelato place as well. Cons of the place: when we first arrived the bathroom had a very strong sulfur smell. Which we understood since the buildings are old but we just wish we would have known ahead of time....

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Our only complaint was that the Wi-Fi is very very spotty at best. If you plan on working which is something I had to do then it may be best to choose a different apartment however this location is very nice and is right in a great neighborhood. The beds are good and overall we enjoyed our stay"

Master bedroom off living room had limited privacy with glass doors and a translucent curtain. Lots of steps up and down throughout the apt. Our teen/21 year old sons didn’t find the 3 bedroom room very comfortable to sleep in. Nice kitchen and LR. The Barcelona city visitor tax seems legit (currently 5 euros per night per adult guest), but was not...

"I stayed 11 nights for working and pleasure purposes and I enjoyed my stay. The Internet connection is reliable and fast for working. My room was a good size with a nice desk, sofa, TV with Chromecast and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious and the shower worked marvelously. Property is well maintained and it's close to 2 metro stations for 2 different metro lines, L1 and L4."

"Love my stay it was my birthday - on my arrival they offfered welcome drink & birthday desert cake ! Lovely stay - room was abit cold didn’t know how to figure out air con temp & there wasn’t any kitchen in the room for hot warm water to drink - they was going to charge €4 for hot water ??? Anyways the staff was helpful & friendly when I do speak to them"

"Excellent location. Easily accessible at all times of the day and night. Clean. Comfortable beds & shower. Great soundproofing - it's located on a busy street but the second you close the window you can't hear any noise. Nice personal touches really add to your stay such as the 5th floor coffee hang out area and fresh bottles of water left outside your door each morning. Could not recommend this place more! "
