"I wanted to thank those who worked here, especially the lady who spoke English at the front desk. We were very out of our comfort zone. My mother had just come out of 7 days in an Italian hospital with no English. The cleaning ladies help us feel very welcome. They are super lovely towards us. "Residence Margi made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. You do need a swim cap for the pool (a requirement), and you should absolutely use the driving instructions the hotel gives you so you don’t get stuck in an alleyway."
