"Francesca is a delightful hostess. We walked from the station up to her place, but she felt bad when she found out. Apparently it is her practice to pick up and drop off guests at the station, which is very sweet. Just message her on WhatsApp for that. Large armoire/closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space so we could fully unpack and stow away the empty suitcases. Steps from the piazza del duomo and the pedestrian street where there were shopping, bars and restaurants. Our host gave us good recommendations for restaurants to try and things to do. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you.
