"When we arrived we were greeted by the owners very lovely grandfather. The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos and other than the flooring, in like nee condition. The fridge was stocked with fruit for us as well as a tray of goodies. There was new toiletries etc and everything we needed to cook many meals the days we were there. "Lovely big appartment. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the beach only a 5 minute walk. The surrounding area is very run down but does not affect your stay at Beverly. Was perfect for a stop off on our way to catch the ferry to Sicily."

"We booked a room with an ocean view but our view was of the highway and the back neighbours apartment block. The hot water ran out half way through our first shower and the bathroom sink was blocked, full of water with phlegm floating in it and the dishes had put away dirty. Loud noises all night from the internal piping kept us awake. We left after one night. Very bad experience."

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows.
