The desk personnel offered to have someone carry our bags but we foolishly declined. If anyone over 70 is making use of the facility, let them carry your bags. "Hotel was immaculately clean. Very pleased with the room. Fantastic pool area and the shuttle bus was invaluable. Only booked bed and breakfast and Breakfast was good although most people suggested that the food was average. Sorrento is a wonderful holiday resort with so many nice restaurants. Recommend booking the classic trips to Amalfi coast and Capri from the hotel. Good value and pick ups and drop offs at the hotel."
