"Miguel is a wonderful host as is his wife Maria. Their bespoke room was perfectly equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Exceptionally clean. We shortened our stay as we had seen all we needed in Menton. Our only gripes are the many steps to climb back up to the room if you walk into town for an evening meal. "We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. "We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again. "

"Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!"

"What a nice surprise it was to rent this apartment! We were a group of four and enjoyed having lunch and dinner in the apartment every day, especially since the weather was so-so. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were greatly appreciated. The kitchen is as well-equipped as one at home, and everything necessary for our stay was provided, allowing us to travel light. I absolutely adored everything about it, the rooms are really large and renovated, it comes fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans, and the view never gets old. "This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio.
